Not to familiar with excel lists but is it possable to create a list and when
an item is selected two other cells would be automatically filled in?

A B C

BLUE MEXICO 737500

Above example if end user selects the name blue from a drop down list then
column B and C will be populated to country and account associated with the
name. Is his done through a macro?

Hi

Look at the "VLookup" function, it should do what you need.
