Merging user forms with spreadsheet
 

I have created a spreadsheet and a user form as an interface, but how do I
merge the two? My spreadsheet creates graphs based on the user input, and I
would like the user to view those, but I would like them to see only the
user interface and the graphs. Can anybody suggest the best way to go about
this?

Is there a way to turn this into a stand alone application?
