HELP radio button not functioning in Excel 2007
 

Nothing happens when I click the ? (help) button in Excel 2007: doesn't work
in either a new 2007 file, or a 2003 file opening in compatibility mode.
Am I somehow missing some help files from Excel? What do I do?

The Help button has nothing to do with the workbook that happens to be open.
It should open the Excel Help window . I don't know why it doesn't work for
you. My only suggestion is to re-run Office/Excel Setup, perhaps running
Repair.
