Default web query - strange behaviour (HTML instead values)

Hi,

my code:

For i = 30 To 30 '1 to 359 '
For j = 1 To 1 ' 15 '

Sheets("ID").Range("C4").Value = i
Sheets("ID").Range("C5").Value = j

a = Sheets("ID").Range("C2").Value 'URL
b = Sheets("ID").Range("C3").Value 'QUERY NAME

Sheets("query").Range("A1:BZ50000").ClearContents

With Sheets("query").QueryTables.Add(Connection:=a, Destination:=Sheets("query").Range("A1"))
.Name = b
.FieldNames = True
.RowNumbers = False
.FillAdjacentFormulas = False
.PreserveFormatting = True
.RefreshOnFileOpen = False
.BackgroundQuery = True
.RefreshStyle = xlInsertDeleteCells
.SavePassword = False
.SaveData = True
.AdjustColumnWidth = False
.RefreshPeriod = 0
.WebSelectionType = xlSpecifiedTables
.WebFormatting = xlWebFormattingNone
.WebTables = "16,20"
.WebPreFormattedTextToColumns = False
.WebConsecutiveDelimitersAsOne = True
.WebSingleBlockTextImport = False
.WebDisableDateRecognition = False
.WebDisableRedirections = False
.Refresh BackgroundQuery:=False
End With

Next j
Next i

currently there is a url in the loop:

URL;http://gielda.wp.pl/POD,15,a,1,b,4,c...=1&T%5BQF%5D=1

i want to download both tables with data. unfortunatelly querry is downloading HTML code but without some tags.
how this problem can be fixed or how can i download table in other way?

regards
