how to hide "title-bar" in Excel?
 

how can I make the top "title-bar" hidden.
I want to prevent user to close the book any other way than by clicking a
"CLOSE"-button in the worksheet.

The user can always close the workbook by
CNTRL-ALT-DELETE
and then telling the Task Manager to close Excel.

Don't forget CTRL + w to close the workbook.
