userform popup with birthdays
 

I have a workbook to open when i start my computer.

in that i have one sheet. in colum d down i have birthdays in colum c i
have names and colum d departments

i have a userform with 4 labels. i need label1 to show name and label 2
department. this userform needs to open and show any bithdays for today.

The code i need is to have the userform popup only if ther is birthdays for
the current day. if not it does not popup. on that i will have 2 command
buttons. commandbutton1 will be a "snooze" (must show the userform after
5minutes again) and commandbutton2 will be close
