How can the right click mouse shortcut menu in Page Break Preview mode
be custmized?

The same as the right-click menu for worksheet cells.
You do have to identify the Excel version and then use the appropriate
"cell" command bar index for PageBreak view.
I believe for XL2003 it is... Application.CommandBars(34)
