comparing two excel sheets & showing matched data in 3rd sheet
 

i am a stock analyst.

(sheet 1) i watch the market on an excel sheet. i have developed macros to
sort data using few criteria. run macros automatically every 5 seconds.

(sheet 2) contains model portfolio comprising of 20 shares along with
desired entry price.

i make investments when the 1st row of (sheet 1) matches with any row of
(sheet 2). for example ABB appears in row 1 of (sheet 1). if ABB also
features in (sheet 2) and the current price is below desired entry price, i
would buy the stock. i want modification of my macros to carry out the above
exercise.
