Excel does not get the FOCUS
 

I put a excel shortcut for a file on my taskbar. The file has an Auto_Open
macro. When I open the file using the taskbar I have to click the excel file
before the excel window has the focus....but....if I open the file regular
through the excel menu File / Open then the excel windows has the focus as
usual. Why is this? What is happening when I use the shortcut on the
taskbar?
