How do you open web links to excel in excel
 

Hi all, we have web links to excel files I have produced but they open in a
viewer instead of excel. Is there a way of forcing them to open in excel?
Also sometimes for some unknown reason sometimes they ask to save but to to
restrictions in the end user they cannot save them to the temp folder! This
is intermittent and don't know why???
