Analysis Toolpak Loaded or Not
 

I have a template that uses the workday function that the user runs daily;
the analysis toolpak is loaded. Today there is a #NAME error due to excel
not recognizing the toolpak. Checking the addins indicates it is "loaded"
but when deselecting, closing excel, starting excel and selecting Analysis
Toolpak and Analysis Toolpak VBA again, it recognizes the addin and the
workday function.

I've added coding to load the addin when the workbook opens but have no idea
what caused the problem between yesterday and today. Any ideas?
