Default Lost in the shuffle: where is my old NG page?

I'm quite confused over the different News Groups (NG's), for example, what
is the difference between the following two:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx

and

http://www.microsoft.com/communities...s/default.aspx

Why two (and probably more I don't know about...)? The link I used to go to
seems to look different. Also, there used to be an NG for VBScript but I've
lost my shortcut and now I can't find that NG, so:

1) Can someone point me to a page that explains all these different NG's and,

2) Can someone post a link or path to the VBScript NG?

Thanks much in advance...in the words of Led Zeppelin, "I'm dazed and
confused..."

Thanks, I've read this before; I've been using the NG's for years. The
problem is, it doesn't really explain or map out the different paths to
different communities that seem to end up in the same place...

Also, any ideas about the change in the current layout of the NG? My old
link never had a list of languages in the TOC side of the screen. And, most
importantly, do you know where the VBScript NG is now?

Thanks.

There is some script positings on this site, but I suspect there is another
one out there specificly for VBScript. Have you tried Discussion Groups
Home? If there is one, it should be listed there.

You may have a specific reason for using the (ick) Web interface, but if
not, have you considered using an actual newsreader?
