Excel crashes while adding calander control on form

Hi all,
I am trying to add calander control on a userform.
I can right click on the toolbar and click on additional control,
check calander control, click ok, icon appears on the toolbar. While I
try to add the same to userform, excel crashes instantly.
I have tried to do the same after rebooting and opening only the new
book but in vain.

Pl help.
