Does anyone know of a way that I can have my sreadsheet update MLB
team records automatically? Currently I'm punching the Wins and Losses column every day. haha...a little cumbersome. Thanks in advance. |

I have a free open-source add-in that has user-defined functions to
access data from the Internet and place it directly into EXCEL cells or ranges. I originally wrote the add-in to access financial data on the Internet because of issues I had with the EXCEL Web Query process. The add-in, documentation on its functions, and sample templates can be found in the files area of this Yahoo Group: http://finance.groups.yahoo.com/group/smf_addin/ On Apr 24, 11:40 pm, John wrote: Does anyone know of a way that I can have my sreadsheet update MLB team records automatically? Hi John
Being from DownUnder, I'm assuming "MLB" is Major League Baseball Do you get the MLB results from a website or from a newspaper. If a website, there maybe a link where you can download all the weekly results in a delimited file, which you could then import into your sheet. If this is not the case, then you look like getting sore fingers. HTH Mark. |
