Row Height and Printing

What is the expected behavior regarding row height and printing?

A default sheet has 9.5 inches of available page height (3/4" margins) and
the default row height is 0.21". This is enough room for 45.24 rows per page.
Yet Excel prints 47 rows per page. Why is this?

I believe what is showing has more to do with your computer's screen
resolution settings...

If you find out how to correlate the actual print our based on type size
other than by trial and error, let me know. The print preview is my tool of
choice. It is usually pretty close to what prints.
