Looks like this function only works upto 2 character column names, is there
any generalized function that works for all column names? I can use that formula and change it to make it work for all column names but just wondering if someone has already done it so that I dont have to spend time. I am planning do it in the next 3-4 days, if someone else has solution for it already well and good, otherwise I will post my solution once I get to it.
