Hi,
I deal with cases on daily basis and have a business rule that if the case is received before 3pm the case has 48 hrs (2 business days) to be completed but if it is received after 3 pm the case has 72 hrs (3 business days). How can I calculate this? Ex. Cell A1 has date 3/28/2008 3:06:36 PM The due date in cell B2 should be 4/2/08 3:06:36 PM (should exclude sat, sun, and federal holidays) Thank you in advance, |
