Excel 2007 will not clear

Hi guys I bought the upgraded verson of Excel 2007 and
installed the program. I was using Excel 2003.
When I have a number of spread sheets that I use.
After closing out all the ss when I shut down my computer
there is a reminder that Excel has not shut down.
If I go to the Task Manager I see that there is several
EXCEL.EXE still showing in the task manager. I have to go
into the task manager and delete EXCEL.EXE and then shut
down the computer. Can you tell me how to fix the problem.
Thanks
Max

See if there is something in this article that might help out...

It is a PRINT article so your print dialog will come up when you open it,
just CANCEL the dialog and see if this article has any useful info...
