upload control for attaching files
 

Is there any chance that there is a cotrol that can be developed for browsing
for and uploading files to Excel or Access. Front Page and Infopath seem to
be the only applications that can do this. I want to create a thread of
approvals and upload documents that would be reviewed and approved
electronically by select individuals. Upon there approval, which would be
recognized from there computer the document being reviewed could be then
distributed to the next stage.

Essentially the issue is traceability and electronic signatues....to
expedite a manual approval process.
