need macro to repeat two rows at top of each page

I need a macro to repeat rows 23 and 24 at top of each page. I must use page
set up to add rows 3 &4 so can't use it for rows 23 and 24 as well. Please
write macro as I would use it, using rows 23 and rows 24 to repeat at top of
each page.
thank you

I have tried several different ways to get those five rows to print without
having to put them somewhere on the sheet in contiguous arrangement and it
just won't do it. Even if you manually set two rows in the page set up, the
VBA code will override what you put in because it uses the page set up to set
the rows to print also. Looks like you will have to do some cutting and
pasting.
