I can't remember the shortcut for when you are in a pilot table (results) and
you pull up the drop down box that says (show all) fields. It seems that there is a shortcut starting with the shift key that opens up a find box so you just type in the one you are looking for |

Hi Mark: I know about the "CRTL-F" that we use in the normal excell mode,
however there is another shortcut for when you are working in a pivot table with the drop down box in the results section (its where you can "SHOW ALL" or "CANCEL" THANKS "Mark Ivey" wrote: Pilot table or pivot table?
