How to Insert Subttoals after the Excel File has Created

Hi frds, I m generating an excel file from my VB6.0 program, each data
is divided into 2 rows 1st row comprising of QTY field and 2nd row
comprising of AMT field.
Now my problem is I want the subtotal of AMT field after my group or
say KEY fields..

My Key fields a-
STATE_NM || DIVISION_NM || REGION_NM || TERRITORY_NM

How to do so.
