Scrambleing data when refresh
 

Dear friends,
Sorry for my lack of experience in advance. I have a report that is linked
to data from several other sheets. When opened I have the option to enable or
diable refresh. When refreshed all of the new order data comes in and
populates and because of various due dates, lines of data are entered
throughout the sheet. I have modified several lines at the end of this work
sheet in order to manually enter some data that can only is not available on
any sheets. When I refresh the document, the new items come in but my manual
data stays in its place. Question? Is there a way to make the manual data
move as the sheet changes during refesh?
