Can Not Complete This Task with Available Resources
 

I remember seeing something about the solving the error message (in the
title) that involved among other things, rebuilding some custom menus and
also a few other suggestions but can no longer find the answer. THe error
message has resurfaced and I need help again. Anyone have ideas about what
to do?
