How do I create a Graphical Report from Survey responses in Excel
Well, do you know what you want to display, or how? For each question you
could calculate an average and standard deviation, then plot the average, and use the standard deviation as custom error bar data. Or you could make a box plot of the results, which shows the distributions in even more detail. Or you could think about it and see how else it makes sense to analyze your data. Here are a couple articles which are relevant to my suggestions: http://peltiertech.com/Excel/ChartsHowTo/ErrorBars.html http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/BoxWhisker.html - Jon ------- Jon Peltier, Microsoft Excel MVP Tutorials and Custom Solutions Peltier Technical Services, Inc. - http://PeltierTech.com _______ "ajc" wrote in message ... I have survey's and I need to be able to take the responses from the survey and make a graphical report. I would like to be able to do this in either office or excel. |
