I want to macro below to work on the current row instead of row 3. Please
help.

Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues, Operation:=xlNone,
SkipBlanks _

Range("F3:G3").Select
Selection.Replace What:="=", Replacement:="=", LookAt:=xlPart, _
