Sheet sub to centralize comment display on mouse over
 

I've got pics inserted in comments in say, B3:B40 for easy mouse browsing.
Wondering whether there's a sheet sub which can "centralize" the comment
display on screen for easy & clear viewing, irrespective of the particular
cell being moused over. Example, if I'm mousing over B40 (near the bottom of
the screen) I would need to scroll up first so that B40's comment can
display full on screen.
