Refresh workbook changes without saving

I have a rather large excel workbook with shared access which at the moment,
takes about 3 minutes to save (and it getting longer).

Is there any way to view all the changes made without having to save the
workbook each time as it takes forever and is a pain.

Cheers all.

You want to just view the changes made?? I don't understand what you want
to do.
Using VBA you can create a log of every change to every cell whose contents
were changed. You can log whatever information about the change that you
want, such as date, sheet name, cell address, etc. Is that what you want to
do? HTH Otto

Thanks for the reply Otto.

Not quite what I was after Im afraid.

When you have 2 users in the same spreadsheet making changes (using the
standard "Share Workbook" feature) you have to save the workbook in order for
the changes to be made visible on the other users computer.

What I would like to do is to be able to show the changes on each others PC
without having to save the workbook every 5 minutes.
