Unwanted Hyperlink
 

All,
I am having an issue with a certain cell. When I create a formula
linking it to another sheet, it displays the formula instead of the
result. I have to manually change the cell by clicking on Hyperlink,
in the text to display is the formula, delete that, save it, go back
to the cell which is now a Hyperlink, remove that, reformat the cell
and then create the formula/link all over again. Other cells around
this aren't an issue and when I copy this line down, the problem comes
back even though I have saved the changes.
