Hi,
Select all the data containing the blank cells. Now press Ctrl+G and
then Press "Special" on the left bottom. Select "Blanks" from the list
of available options. Now all the blank cells with be selected. Now
check for the Active cell in the "Name Box". (Name Box is the box
which contains the address of active cell. It is just above the
uppermost left corner of the worksheet i.e., column A). Supposing the
active cell is A5, enter A4 and then Press Ctrl+enter. All blank cells
will be filled with value from upper cells.
