Scrolling error in listbox on Vista
I have read several posts concerning the mouse scroll wheel not working in
Excel. But the issue I have is specific to the listbox control; the worksheet itself and the VB IDE will scroll appropriately. If I click on the listbox to give it focus, then use the mouse wheel to scroll, the program will hang and the "restart / shutdown / debug" dialog appears. (Using the scrollbar will work without error). This error will occur only on Vista machines, co-workers with XP Pro machines will not get an error. A secondary VB error occurs when shutting everything down: "Run-time error '1004': Method 'Range' of object '_Global' failed (but that may only be caused by the previous problem). I have tried adding various mouse hook dlls to the .xls directory without any change. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! |
