ListView control in Excel 2007 jumps!
 

I placed a ListView Control directly in an Excel Worksheet in the Design
Mode. When I click on "Design Mode" icon in the ribbon to come out of the
Design mode, the Listview control jumps and displays in the top left corner
of the worksheet.

How do I stop this? I have not written any code, whatsoever.
