How to create a setup of excel application with macros in it

Hi Listers,

We have created a heavy excel application with around 500 macros in
it. The application itself is in the different sheets of the workbook.

My queries a

1. How can I hide all my macro code? I dont want to use protect
workbook option as that password is not that secured.

2. How can I create a setup or .exe of my macros? I can create addins
but the code will still be viewable by the user so I don't want to
create addins.

3. If I have to sell this application then I need to license it too.
What are the option available to make it licensed app and how can I do
it?

I'd suggest you get a book that covers a lot of that.

Professional Excel Development has a section on that:

http://www.amazon.com/Professional-E...31678&sr= 8-1

One of the items it covers is: "Providing help, securing, packaging
and distributing"

Worthwhile investment since there are a lot of considerations.
