Break Up A Spreadsheet

I'm rather a novice at Excel but hopefully someone else here has already done
this. I have a spreadsheet with approx. 500 rows and 30+ columns. Is there
a way to take that spreadsheet and break it into multiple spreadsheets, with
each row on a

from:

Column A Column B Column C etc.

to:
Column A Header Column A Value
Column B Header Column B Value
Column C Header Column C Value
etc.

Hi Ron,

If I understand you question correctly, you should be able to select all the
data on the worksheet then Copy.

Select another blank worksheet and select the top left cell (A1) and then
Paste Special-Transpose-OK.

Hi again Ron,

If using pre xl2007 version then you only have max 256 columns so it will
not fit 400 rows of data for transpose. No problem with xl2007.
