An easy question

Go to Data-Text to Columns-choose delimited, next, then check the box
beside Space, that should do it for you.

An easy question

Turn on the macro recorder in Tools=Macro=Record a New Macro

Perform the Text to columns manually.

Turn off the macro recorder and look at what was recorded. You now have the
basic code you need.
