Menu Vanishes on Opening a Worksheet
 

I have a COM Add-in I developed using C#. This Add-In has menus created.
Occasionally, when I open another worksheet in the same Workbook, the menus
vanish. The menus still exist in other worksheets in the same workbook.
What is happening here?
