Macro in Different Versions of Excel

I have written a macro in Excel 2000 and while i try to run that macro
at 2002 or 2003, it is giving an error "Project or Library not Found",
is there any way solve this problem? Is that any option in reference
module which will work in any versions on Excel?

After the error, in the vbe, look in tools=references

If a reference is marked as MISSING, this is the problem. If it is a
standard office reference, then this would be unusual behavior - but I suspect
it won't be.

You need to remove the problematic reference back on the originating machine
and then test it again on the problematic machine.

Do you know what library causes the error?

I guess Microsoft Office Library is giving error. If i uncheck that
then the macro is running. But i don't know which version of excel my
Client has, so i need to give a reference in the library to run in
every versions of excel.

You shouldn't need to.

You should be able to develop in xl2000 and run in later versions without
doing anything - so it sounds like you have done things you don't need to do.
