Set LookupRng1 = Workbooks("vendor1.xls").Names("").RefersToRange

I need b96:c124 ans the range for the lookup and this error out. What needs
to be between the "". ??????

Name the range b96:c124 on the worksheet as say "namedrng1" then

Set LookupRng1 = Workbooks("vendor1.xls").Names("namedrng1").Refers ToRange
