keep on working while userform is active
 

I was wondering if it possible to keep on working/editing an Excel
worksheet while a userform is loaded.

So, you need to be able to see the info on my userform and at the same
time be able to work the worksheet.

Yes this is possible, use the Modal value VbModeless eg:
UserForm1.Show vbModeless
