I need help with the following math application:
I have two rows of values. Values in row 2 will change if the values in row 1 change. The change pattern is the average of those values in row 2 *3+3 when the values in row 1=0. I tried the formula: Please help. Thank you, Linda |

You can't have both a value and a formula in a cell. If you want the value
in row 2 to change when the value in row1 in the same column changes, then you will need to use a macro. What causes the values in row 1 to change.
