Default vlookup - Multiple references

X | Y | Z
0 | 0 | Case 1
0 | 1 | Case 2
1 | 0 | Case 3
1 | 1 | Case 4

I would like to use a vlookup statement that will allow me to lookup the
values in x and y and return the value of z.

Thanks for your help.
