hi all
i have a file similar to csv but my extention is res where data will be there
in coloumns and rows. i want to have a macro which can open that file in excel and automatically run the text import wizard so that mydata will became cell data for the opened exel file. nut shell i need to open some txt file in excel and run text to columns wizard... is there any shortcut or macro there? please help me in this regard |

You can do that by Open With menu in Windows explorer choose Microsoft Office
