Unable to share workbook because of hidden module on userform1 err
 

I finnaly got my form to work with the database the way I want it to, but
when i share the file, it returns an error because of a hidden module in
userform1. I do have a textbox and a label hidden on the userform. Is this
what it is talking about? If not, please direct me to what I need to remove
or fix.
