VALIDATION USING ALPHA-NUMERICS ONLY - NO SPECIAL CHARACTERS

Hi. I posted this yesterday but no solution yet. I need simple code
that uses cell validation wich doesn't allow any characters other than
0-9 and A-Z. Is this possible?
