run macro on data validation cell change...
I have a cell, A211, I set the value of using the data validation technique
to choose one of two possible choices: Macro or Print. As it is now, I have to click on the data validation cell and make a choice, then I click a control to run this macro: Sub Print6() ' Dim Choice As String Sheets("Multiple Charts").Select Choice = Range("A211") ActiveSheet.ChartObjects("Chart 935").Activate ActiveChart.ChartArea.Select ActiveWindow.Visible = False If Choice = "Macro" Then Selection.OnAction = "Six" ElseIf Choice = "Print" Then Selection.OnAction = "" End If Range("A206").Select End Sub Could someone advise me on what code I might add to cause this macro to execute it based on a change in A211, changes made via the pulldown of choices it presents when the cell is selected? As it is now, I perform the two steps separately. My thanks in advance for any ideas! Cheers! Brad |
