Excel: Tahoma Font on UserForm

I created a userform/dialog and used the Tahoma font (size of 10) for
fields and labels. I sent this spreadsheet to a few colleagues and when
they open the userform in the Visual Basic Editor the font size is 11.
This change in size is causing disproportions in the fields and drop
downs. For labels I have the settings Autosize=False and Height=12. Why
would the font size on userforms be different for others?

My first thought was that it had to do with the display settings. In
display properties, the font size was "normal" for my laptop and theirs

Thanks

I would create an "Auto_Open" macro which would specify the desired settings
and thus over-ride any machine-specific settings.
