Default Can you "very hide" a workbook?

Using Office 2003 and Windows XP;

You can "very hide" a sheet.

You can "hide" a workbook.

But, can you "very hide" an Excel workbook using VBA? Or, can you "very
hide" an instance of the application? If so, what would the VBA look like?

Thanks much in advance.
