Keyboard shortcuts for COM Add-ins?

Is there a way to set keyboard shortcuts for COM Add-ins? I know you
can use OnKey to call macros and other (&) keyboard shortcuts to
navigate
menus, but I would like to be able to call COM Add-in functions
directly via the keyboard.

Is this possible?
