Owing to my posting from google and being unaware of the google delay, I
have posted and reposted my query on 'VB TO REMOVE INITIALS". Thanks to
email from Peter Richardson intimating of my faux pas.

Many thanks for KEVIN JONES, JIM THOMSLINSON, GARY'S STUDENT, MIKE H, who
have posted the VB code for my Q. Since I was not aware of the questions n
response posted I did not reply for any. Apologies for same. Will figure out
the code and work on it and will get back for further guidance, if needed.
