Combobox showing spread sheet

I need to know how I could show or open the spread sheets selected in
a combo box that I put im other spread sheet?, example

Now I'm using the spread sheet 1, so there a combobox.
I need to open the spread sheet 100, so I select the spread sheet 100
using the combobox in spread sheet 1.

So How could I do it?
